baseball = too many games on too many channels. its on every day during the summer on like 5 different channels. No matter if it was **** the same thing would get old if you saw it on every channel everyday.

wow not used to these kinda reactions when talking about baseball, thats all people talk about around here. i was supposed to go to the white sox opening day today but got cancelled due to snow. going tom. tho.

usually people that hate baseball are the kids that were forced to play right field in little league.

now i love baseball and i must say unless im there at the ballpark its tough to watch a full regular season game. usually watch first 2 innings, peak at the score in the middle, and watch the last two innings.

hitting a 90mph fastball is the hardest thing to do in sports fyi.....

I watch baseball from time to time. Not as much as I did when I was younger, when I had nothing but time and what not. Now too busy and what not. Season is so long, so I catch them when I can, but stay current on the standings and statistics to see how my team is doing.

Friggin Lee got rocked in his first start.......looked horrible in preseason and looks to be another long year for us Indians fans.........yep, saying that with 1 game into the season. I just don't feel confident in them this year.

i wonder how much that shot lee took to the forearm affected him. Immediately there seemed to be a huge knot on his arm.

Was reading the yahoo sports page for Cleveland and he says he is fine and it didn't affect him in anyway, but he could just be saying that.

Point is, he got rocked and hasn't looked good at all in preseason, granted it is preseason. I am sure if he is fine and once he gets in to the swing of things, he will get back on track. One thing is almost for certain.........he won't have the year he had last year. Hell he went 7 starts before giving up this many runs, and did it in the opening day this season, lol!

We have the offense to be competitive, but not the pitching. Remember CC did well for us last year after his horrible start. He won a lot of games once he got going. Besides Lee, we don't have anybody unless Carmona pitches like he did two years ago and Westbrook comes back sooner than later. I am not confident in Pavano, Reyes, Laffey, Lewis or the likes as the rest of our starters.
