yankees will falter just like last year. Even though they do have a brand new stadium.

personally i think that yankee fans **** (of course im an indians fan haha) 2 seasons ago i went to see the yankees and indians on i think it was july 3rd and i must admit there were alot of yankee fans in my section. well when Arod got up to bat all the yankee fans in my section booed him!!! a future hall of famer, they are in the opposing park and they still booed him! usually im quiet but i was drunk at the time i went on a rant about how pathetic it was that the yankee fans booed a future hall of famer (who knows now, this was before steriod allegations) none of those ***** yankee fans said a word, i just got a bunch of dirty looks. one girl that was with a yankee fan turned around and high fived me. she was wearing a shirt that said "jeter sucks arod" haha boyfriend was a yankee fan, she was an indians fan. her and i high fived the whole game, he was pissed but was a puss so he didnt do shit.

i think i hear something on the news that said an upper deck seat in the new yankee stadium is 106 bucks. thats pathetic.

Trust me, I can't stand that they boo their own players. We have the best player (arguably), in the game, and some stupid fuqers boo him... It drives me nuts.

Another thing. People who ***** about the the money the Yankees spend should look at their own owners. The Steinbrenners are not the richest owners in the game, but love it so they spend their wealth on the game. Not to mention they lowered their payroll 40 million dollars from last year to this. They pay the luxury tax that gets divided up between all these little market teams that just stuff the money in their pockets, and say how much the hate the Yankees. The Yankees are a model business, they made huge improvments to their organization, and the are reaping the bennefits now... YES network, a new stadium, etc.

the fact that they spend tons of money doesnt bother me to be honest. it actually makes me laugh at them more because over the last like 10 years it really hasnt made them anymore successful than teams with lower payrolls.

sucks? hell when everyone was juiced the game was alot more fun lol now its starting to get back to baseball where homeruns arent as easy to come by. were back to if a guy hits 50 its a big deal.
