I have a Kenwood KMM-BT312U.

It is no longer outputting a signal to the subwoofer outs.

1. I have reset the unit multiple times

2. Made sure the Subwoofer Set is ON

3. Made sure the volume is up with music playing.

4. Tested the cables running to the subwoofer and they are good

5. Tested the amp with another output source (connecting my phone to it with a mini to RCA cables) and it is good and the subs worked.

6. Tested the subwoofer speakers and they are good.

7. Tested the power to the amp and it is good.

Any thoughts?
