it was workin fine one day and i closed my trunk really hard and i heard somethin spark when i shut it. my 6X9 broke and one of the cables came loose and touched metal. so i remove the 6X9. ( i dont want it anyways , i dont plan on puttin it back) i change the fuse in my car. i turn my car on and i get bass from my subs but no audio from my speakers. i checked all my wiring on my HU.
is there something i couldve short circuited, or somethin im not checking?
Pull out a DMM. And check AC voltage on the speaker wires. If no voltage. Pull out radio. Check voltage at the back of the radio to speakers that have no sound. If no AC voltage there. Most likely somthin go in radio. Did you also check the fuse on the radio side. Some of them have fuses on the back of it.
