Nope, He can drive just fine.. My budy russ that has the same car, and it runs 12.7s with his 125 shot. Beating out ls1s, evos, ect daily. Its all about how you have the car setup. I will try to race him again, and post it up. The race can really go either way. We only raced once, like a few days after he got his cam in.

I havent had my car dynoed yet, but my budys car did 366 hp to the wheels with similar mods that I have with the nitrous, and 460 pounds of torque with the 4.6. The 5.4 isnt that much more powerful, you are almost better off rebuilding the 4.6, which is what he is currently doing as we speak.

Eh, really cant go by the vid much. all windows down, ect.. We will see how I fair against the ss. Either way, Ive got plenty of more juice. 100 shot goes on later this week. yes the fuel pump, lines, spark plugs, and ect have been upgraded.

Yep, but its an lt1 with custom cut out exhausts, and a cam. He can probably beat me out of the hole, as I havent got my 373 gears yet, and my valvebody, and my torque converter, but I pulled half a car on him from a roll. So yes, I can run with stock ls1s, or an ls1 with minor things. Ive got some serious work about to go into my motor though, cams, heads, new intake manifold, ect. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

Cam + cut outs are not going to do a whole lot. Especially if he went with something like the GM Hot Cam. Gears probably gave him the biggest gain. Even still I would think that car would mabe run mid to high 13's. Not that fast...

Also if you pulled up on a LS1 and the driver actually knew what he/she was doing, I highly doubt you would win.

He went with a very high performance cam. I will have to call him and find out which one he went with. I guess everyone seems to think the ls1 is untouchable. Ive seen my budy in his 01 pi with the stock motor, and many mods beat a bolt on ss off the line twice, and the ls1 couldnt catch him. From a roll he still won, but barely. pretty much dead even. Im shooting for about 12.5 or so prior to rebuilding the engine. I will keep vids posted though. Im not saying my vic can beat an ss, but I think it would be an ok race from a roll atleast.

Thats great, im sure your car is faster, but who cares, their is always someone out there faster. This isnt a race car, this is my family car. btw their are plenty of fast vics out there that will kill your nova. So once again, back to the subject..

hahaha i know and iv been beat a couple times its all good i love comp because when i got the car it was a peice of shit and i rebuilt her and now everyone that was laughing is likin her and for you not wanting it to be a race car it sure seems like your trying to pass it off as one, and mine isnt one either if it was id have a 383, roll cage, fuel cell, stick, posi unit in the rear, and i wouldnt be putting a system in it but its my daily driver.

but oh well iv made my point no reason trying to argue anymore with someone that owns a ford there never going to like a chevy and vise versa.
