Sold nitrous express kit for fuel injected or tbi vehicles

nitrous express full single stage kit came off out 2000 chevy 5.3ltr f/s truck, will work on any fuel injected or tbi vehicle import to domestic with little or no modification

kit consists of:

remote bottle opener

bottle heater

drop pipe for legality in drag racing

full switch panel (purge, power on/off, remote bottle opener, bottle heater control)

liquid filled guadges

purge valve

10 lb (i think, maybe 12) bottle (need new pressure release valve though $15)

wide open throttle switch

all wiring

no jets, lost when taken off, any speed shop has them

trying to think of what else, but it is a full kit

we paid over $1200 for everything w/ a hook up

will sell for $400 obo

I ordered a box for a subwoofer from EPICUREANINTEGRA aka Doug Vest. We had talked a few times on AOL Instant Messenger as well as e-mails. After seeing work he had done, I decided to pay a total of $113 for a box that would be 28.5x15x18", which is aprox 3 cubic feet inside. I also asked for it to be tuned to 28-30hz. He said that could be done easy, and that’s the specs he would make it to. The next day he sent an e-mail to me saying that he ran into some problems, and it might take a few extra days to make as well as the fact the port would be a different shape then we had discussed. I replied to this e-mail saying that was fine under the impression that the box was still going to be aprox 3 cubes and about 29hz. A few days latter, he said it was done and ready to ship. When I received the box after doing some of my own calculations and comparing them with some other experts, I realized the box I got was not at all the box I had ordered and he claimed I was getting. The box I got is 2.3 cubes and 34hz. It's 20x15x18" which is 8.5" shorter then we had agreed on. He claims that I said I wanted it between 2-3 cubes, although I am very confident that is not true, I clearly stated I wanted it to be 3 cubes, and that’s what he said it would be. Also the tuning of the box is off which greatly affects the sound that subwoofer makes when in use. I paid for something, and was told I was getting something I did not get, and the seller refuses to give me a refund. The product I received is worthless to me, and I am out $113 now. He's a nice guy and I hate to do this, but he owes me my money back.
