How long as the nintendo DS been out? I thought it has been out for awhile. My 8yo decided she wanted a nintendo DS. So we went looking for them. Noone in Miami has any in stock and online they are selling used for more than the friggin thing cost new in the retail stores. Is everyone getting the DS this year or what?

I have had one for about 6 months. I love it. They came out with the DS lite. just a smaller version of it.

yeah thats what everyone is selling the lite. but they are all sold out. they go for $129 @ circuit city and target but everyone is selling them used for $170 online. friggin crazy. Im hoping CC or target get some in this week.

the ds been out about the same time as the psp, just didnt get as much recognition as the psp but its hot i just bought my daughter 1 for xmas, not to mention ill probably be borrowing it most of the time for the old school games they got. good luck in finding 1 try amazon.com since they partner up wit toys r us u should def find it there

yes for some reason these things are sellin like hotcakes, they have been out for a while but they have more kiddie and fun games other than what psp has to offer, sort of like how the wii is

I bought one for my gf last year and it's a pretty fun system....I don't know many people who bought the PSP who are 100% happy with it but the DS is still goin strong!
