Looks like the output stage(output transistors.

The part you have circled are the FETS legs...They connect to the mosfets and are against some kind of thermal managment system.

Thing is, that looks like the power supply, as the transformer is right next to it. Sounds to me the amp needs to be repaired. You blew the fets "in charge" of the power supply and that is why your fuses keep blowing. I would not hook it up again until the amp is good and ready. Take a look at my sh!tty pic, I circled the fets and such.
