How's the low end on these?

Excellent. Spec wise they are alot like the NS v.1 but with the bigger coil FS goes down.

These are the specs I measured on the prototype motor built as a "stock" 15 inch model -- meaning the standard 3 hard spiders and all the same things that a regular customer would get when ordering one from a dealer -- the one I used to put up 156.1 dB in my Jeep (loudest sub I've had in there to date) :

That is a nice lazy susan cover. Sets off that sexy motor well. May have to get a set of these if I ever decide to drop these custom woofers with these sexy z motors. Definitely switching to sundown amps as soon as I get this other shit sold. Great work as always Jacob.

It's actually not that tight -- it's 0.5mm wider than the NS v.1 to accommodate the bigger coil.

With the SPL coil it will end up being pretty tight, though... going to use a smaller coil ID and a fatter winding to really fill in the gap.
