the whole point of getting jobs, working hard, and earning money is to improve quality of life. not having to work for money improves your quality of life even more...

My parents bought my car for me, pay for insurance and all that. They know i want to work, and play sports(race bmx) but cant do both at the same time since i train 5 days a week, and then i have school on top of that. I appreciate everythign they do for me and i show it by being totally dedicated to my training and school. so quit hating cause no one cares what you think...dawg.

I've paid for it all.

I'd honestly rather pay for my own things, have things in my own name so their MINE. My parents can't threaten to take my car away, but they can kick me out of the house lol.

For my age, I have a nice car. Put everything into it, ect. I paid my loan off and I pay my insurance and all. Which I think is a good lessen just to get the ball rolling when payments are due and such.

it feels good not depending on people.

it does, but it also feels good to be rewarded for your hard work and for your parents to show appreciation in such a way as a vehicle, room and board or taking care of something like the insurance. I used to be all against any type of help from my parents, as was my father, but we both came around and found a happy medium.
