Product I'm looking for: 3/4 way active xover

Bandpass is a must.

Something along the lines of Arc Audio IDX, Digital Designs X1, PPI FRX-456...

Budget: up to $300 but it must be really worth it considering that Arc Audio IDX is $279 msrp

Condition: Needs to be fully operational. As for physical - it depends on what it is (where i'll install it) but would def prefer good looking ones.

Have Audio Control 4xS has band pass capabilities 2x2way + sub, 3way +sub, 4way +sub. asking $40 works, a few nicks n scratches but is still presentable.
