san jose baby!!! yeah the ducks are kickin *** but we are one of the few teams that have been able to beat them... despite our recent losing streak but i think that a ducks/sabres or sharks/sabres final is very likely

i remember when i used to love watching the nhl but i have lost interest. the colorado/detroit games were classics. i don't expect much from the red wings since they can put together great regular season and come up short in the playoffs. this years team however is the underdog and won't skate to the #1 seed so maybe they'll have some more fight in them in this postseason

i already miss stevie-y not playin...hes easily one of the greatest hockey players....i met him at a practice before....awsome guy..gave me the stick he was using

he never really got the pub he deserved playing at the same time as gretzky and lemeiux

i know...in my mind hes just as good as those two for the fact that he was always a 2 way player...and not always goin for the points

no body got the publicity they deserved while they were playing though.... they were great players but many got overlooked b/c of those players... im not saying that they didnt deserve it tho they were good for the sport! we need hockey to be more mainstream again

its on its way to becoming popular again...give it a cople more years to gain tv contracts. and teams like the penguins to sort out and i gurrantee you itll be mainstream....the cap was the best thing to hit the nhl

hockey is a regional sport. hockey is pretty big in detroit but i can't see it going over well down sout or out in california.
