next step? SCAMMED

Bought a hk4000d from break da law for 300... he said hed have db-r (shop repairing it) ship it straight to me. Turns out it was unrepairable and he kept my money. I filed a paypal claim and they said they couldn't retrieve any funds

What do i do now? He's less than 200 miles away so i guess i could just drive to his house and demand money...

Is there any way to file a claim in small claims court in his county? How would i do that? (he's out of state)

Any ideas on how to get my money back?

well i looked up his adress/phone number on online white pages... phone number is disconnected. Paypal would not give me any personal information or even his ebay acount name. Is there anyway to confirm this guy's adress? Like a public database or somethin?

dude that sucks hopefully you can resolve this. i would maybe try to go demand money then go to small claims court or vis versa do not know which would be better either way you will be out more money

From what ive read over and over paypal does nothing. Ur better off paying with your credit card.

i know it's hard to learn the main language since you go to school for 12 years of your life at least but hey it's something.
