NEWBS: more info on T\S parameters \ audio terms

i thought this was really helpful, and i couldnt figure out what the t\s parms actually meant for a while.

it lists descriptions on all the T\S stuff that we all hear about, and it describes some of the grey terms that newbies dont understand and we have to keep explaining.
