newbie needs amp help

Alright, i've got 3 JL 10w3-D4s that are poppin out 250W RMS @ 4ohms. Now I want to find an amp for these. I've got a couple options but I dont know if they'd even work or if they're powerful enough. My logic would think so but since I know nothing about them I have to ask. Here they are, which would be best?:

MTX Thunderbird 8100D Amp

(1500W Max. 850/1 @ 4ohms)

JL Audio 500/1 Amp

(500W RMS)

Rockford Fosgate Punch 800.2

(800W RMS)

If you have any other suggestions, give me those too.

Damn you got that kind of money then damn but you dont need the MTX but nice choice though and I know JL is good but I would go with the Punch for the extra watts and channel my opinion!
