newb with amps

I was wondering hwo to set my gains on my aq1200d for my dual 2 ohm 12" rf subs 250rms .. i have them wired down to 4 or 8 ohms.. and was wondering how to set my amp to make them sound best.. i have the subs in a sealed box.. not sure of the dimensioins, i built it in woodshop like 2 years ago. Also, i have a box ready for a re se 15" roughly 4 cubes at 32 hz.. would like to set my amp to match that when i get the sub and get rid of my rockfords
