Newb question on subs

I don't know much about audio and stuff, but I'm wondering Will subs work with my CD player, Its an old pioneer DEH-245. I'm thinking about running one 10inch sub. Maybe subs work with all CD players, but i'm not sure hence why I'm asking the question. And I only have 2 infinity 4inch dash speakers.Please dont laugh if this was a stupid question.

yes you can hook a sub and amp up to that HU i had the lower model DEH -230 not to long ago running an amp and sub

What are you asking, specifically? Are you wanting to run a subwoofer directly off of the deck or are you asking if your deck is suitable to run a subwoofer with an amplifier?

how many preouts (rca outs) do you have on your radio?

id go to a shop get a quote. for amp/sub

well look at the back of your radio.

you need a rear or sub rca out.
