Enclosure is 4.23 cubes net. 3 4" aeros. Going to be used for two 12" Omega's. Used 1" dowels for bracing. Decided not to use the pocket holes on the top, i couldnt fit the drill in most places. There are a couple that i could get to, otherwise i did them on top. Im going to be using rings to mount the subs onto but im waiting to get them in the mail, i didnt want to make my own. The first hole i made too big for the first port, thats why i used so much sylicone. This was my first enclosure, hopefully i can get better over time.

Somewhere around 36. Once everything is dry ill sand it down and paint it i think.

good for a first box but ports look a little close to the back.rule of thumb always keep at least the dia of the port away from the end of the port. so you have 4" areos but they only have 1.5" of opening at the end. I also like to cut my holes smaller for the aeros and use a round over on my router so it makes them even tighter then silicone.

Looks good! Not bad for a first-time build. I hope to try using aero's in the future. They seem a lot easier to deal with than a port. Less wood to cut, less time getting everything trued up.
