hey guys, yall really helped me out a lot on my last stereo so i was hoping yall could help me out again.

i really wanted the pioneer 780 or 7800 like i had in my last truck but i cant find it anywhere, even ebay..//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

so does pioneer have a new version of this h/u?

i liked the screen and the EQ settings where nice too. any help is greatly appreciated.

They do have a new version. But i seems to be a downgrade in almost every way no color screen smaller eq no time alignment but it does come with bluetooth built in.

virtually identicle but also has blue tooth

just looked some up, 430 bucks?

i got two or three 780 refurbed from ebay for like 220 or so

any suggestions for a cheaper model?

ya the 980/9800 is lil bit more expensive than the 7800 was brand new. Maybe the eclipse 3200 includes USB and bluetooth built in with good sound options all at a nice price.

yeah it sucks, i dont even want to use bluetooth

i really like the pioneers

im starting to look at the 790 and 7900s, but i really love the screen on the 980

hopefully ill get lucky and find a bad *** deal
