yes yes you arei'm actually pretty sure in most southern hick states you are allowed to have a class 3 license thats not a ffl license
Unless you have a dedicated room for a nice ~$2000 one. I have seen some sick setups. And also some garbage one like my buddies that he had in his apt with wires hanging all over and a terrible resolution.Projectors suck ass. I grew up with one.
Yeah if I just needed a big screen I would get a DLP like this before I got a projector for **** sureYea we had a dedicated room. The resolution just wasn't there and you had to always watch in the dark. Sure, you could put 10 grand towards one but I don't see the point anymore. Flat screens are practically the same size now and have a way better res.
No.... A few years ago Plasma held the edge over LCD. Strongly at that. Plasma over LCD all day. But now with LED technology in the LCD displays, a quality LED will best a plasma. It's very silly that you can even pretend to say LED is junk. It's the new technology, they've perfected it at this point. It's much thinner. It's much lighter. It's much more efficient. And it matches picture quality.Look at the reviews on plasma vs LED.
The high end TVs with best reviews are plasmas. Cheap junk is LED.
Yup, vizio is garbage. While I'd choose Samsung for the superior brand, Sharp is only a notch below it. I don't like how the Samsung only has two HDMI inputs, and how it isn't a Smart TV with internet capabilities. And looking at Sears website for LED selection, those are the only two good options really. Personally I'd try to find a good deal on this Vizio: VIZIO 55
Here it is at Wal-Mart for $900: Vizio 55" Class LED 1080p 120Hz refresh rate HDTV, M550VSE: TV & Video : Walmart.com
Which, after sales-tax is more than it is at the Vizio store. Maybe the free shipping would be worth it though.
Personally I wouldn't settle for paying $850 and getting a TV as featureless as the Samsung. But I also don't think I'd be willing to buy Sharp. I'd either up my budget a little, or wait for a good deal on the Vizio.
