New trunk setup complete. Pics inside

I found an easy solution to make that install look 100x Better.

Cut another board the entire width of the trunk that will go across the entire setup... the amps, crossovers, subs and distro/fuseblocks.

cut out areas to show off the amps, crossovers and distroblock and subs. But still hiding the actual edges and wiring of the amps, crossovers and distroblock. carpet that..install it and that will give the inset flush mount look with just 1 more board....

sort of like the board infront of the woofers in this setup. but you would just cut more holes to show your amps and crossovers etc.. but still hiding the edges and wiring..

actually.. u'd also have to cut 1 more strip of board to cover the gap along the top... cause unlike in this picture in your setup the top of the box is visible...

Ill give you props on your install. Very nice work. See I need pics and ideas like that, not stupid *** comments like your first several post were. This post is the first post in my thread that actualy is HELPFULL. I appreciate it. I wish you would have just cut straight to this post instead of just bashing my FIRST custom install. Like I said before, I would have done a false floor, I just did not have enough room. I wish I could have a bigger trunk as yours, but I dont. My box is 3.2 cubes net and you still see how much of my trunk it takes?

I also dont understand how you just go on and on about how you dont think I deserve ANY of the comments I got. Its like you like to get on here and put people down, because YOU think you have a better install. You very so well might have a better install. My next install will be better. Have you seen my install before this? Its quite an improvement. It was just an uncarperted box.

That was just a picture of an example of what you could do to improve the look of yours.

and it has nothing to do with the false floor just the beauty board covering the woofer.

I do not need to have an install at all to be able to comment or critic another persons install.. I just need eyes and a frame of reference.

you deserve a few of the comments like "clean" but not "amazing".. I'm standing up for the members of this forum that have 10x better looking install and get only half of the compliments you got...

and it also annoyed me how you responded to the member asking you a question that you had allready answered...

Been there and I didnt like it there. I like it here. They arent too productive over there. Maybe thats why he likes it over there.

The part that is visiable, that you are talking about, is not my box. I added that part in.

false floors and walls arent amazing new or fresh they been doing those for what 15+ years? a serious opinion should be from someone who knows what they are doing and harsh words from someone who just has eyes is nothing more than a fart from an a$$hole everyone can do it
