Upgrading some system componets

Well my MTX RT2200 finaly took a dump after two years of abuse.

I am on a college budget so I am a lil strapped for cash. the mtx was powering Alpine type X componets in kicks. I must buy an amp soon becuase all I have now is bass and no mids and highs lol. I found this http://www.ikesound.com/product-product_id/3359 its a great price and will be plenty of power for my X seris, what do you guys think??

Also my HU is a lil out of date, I am looking to spend around 200-250 on this part I was looking at the Pioneer 7700mp or Alpine 9851, please suggest more in this price range.
