New to Forums - Need Advice

Question: what's the best iPod headunit, in your humble opinions? I'd like to get one with a CD player, so I think that is ruling out the iDA-X001.

Also, can anyone point me to a website where I can learn to install headunits, speakers, and amps myself. Otherwise, I will get ***** by the local store.

do it yourself when i lived in a2 there was only one shop and it was full of rapists.. not counting best buy. i think it was called sound connection but its been a few years.

search around this site in the headunit section, if you look long enough you'll find how.. or just get pics of everything and gather your questions and make a thread. you'll get help eventully theres other forums with less spammed advise like http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com but you get more replies here.

For starters, I think Crutchfield has some tutorial articles and videos.
