Actually, u could try using a small drill bit to make a hole threw the back of the pivot joint and into the ball on the end of your mirror. Then screw in a small button head to keep it there, obviously set the mirror where you need it to be first.

If its a full plastic mounting one, you could possibly take the mount apart and feel it with gorilla glue or some sort of expanding glue and then super glue that bish to the window.

i used second skin luxery liner pro on my **** hat bolts to the roof......it still drops. its inevitable
