I'm going to be purchasing a new system for my '08 Civic Si Coupe, and I'm thinking about having a place called Audio Wizards (Buford, GA) do the install. They sell Digital Designs, Memphis, Alpine, and Kicker among a few others, and they build custom sub boxes for $300.
I have an overall budget of $2,300. I think I'm going to get:
4x Digital Designs 6.5 inch speakers
2x Digital Designs tweeters
2x Digital Designs 10 inch subwoofers
1x Memphis Belle 5 channel amp
1x OEM Adapter Kit
I'm probably going to put dynamat or something comparable in the trunk as well. I think I want to keep the stock head unit because it already comes with an AUX jack and steering wheel controls. I don't know if I should get an equalizer or not.
