New subwoofer recommendation

Alright, so I am looking for a new subwoofer. I used to have a 12" RE SX (2 ohm). Now, I am looking for a new 12" (preferably) subwoofer. I have a Fusion Power Plant 2000 watt mono amplifier. Do you think I can power two RE SE 12" off of it and have it sound good? If not, make an another recommendation.

yes. theyre rated for 600 RMS but are slightly underrated. dont go too overboard though, id say around 800wrms each. they sound great, not as loud as the sx, but much cleaner and tighter

Yeah.. but two would be louder than one.

So what ohm would the subs have to be?

Amp Specs:

600 Watts RMS x 1 Channel @ 4 Ohms

900 Watts RMS x 1 Channel @ 2 Ohms

1000 Watts RMS x 1 Channel @ 1 Ohm

That would work right? Since its putting out 1000 watts @ 1 ohm... so 500 to each sub... correct?

I keep hearing about this sub... whats so good about it? And only one or two?

Here is a link http://stereointegrity.com/ where you can see the specs on the Mag v4. Personaly I think they drop like 15"'s if you do the install right. They can handle 1000watts per sub so I guess you could use your power suply that you have now but I wouldnt crank it all the way otherwise you will fry it. Check the link out and do some research, I think its a good fit for what your looking for. That said I think you can get away with 2 12" Mags and be pretty dam satisfied.

Someone also told me about the JBL W12GTI MKII which seems like a beastly sub. But I don't know how I would wire it with 6ohm...

I was also looking at the type r and type x....
