New subs

So 2 things... I had 2 XFL 12's and AQ2200D amp stolen out of my car (Downtown ATL). Im looking at what I should upgrade / replace with. I loved the bass from the 2 XFLs they were the 4ohm. Should I replace with the 2ohm and same amp or will I get more bass out of other subs at the same price point? Any help is appreciated.

Subs were 390$ and amp was 440$ saying insurance pays out. 830$ for both.

Ok, good luck with insurance. Someone I know had their system stolen, and insurance wouldn't pay because it wasn't "attatched firmly to the vehicle". Their window got bashed too :/

The problem is they cost more than the XFL. On the same power would the honestly hit harder? From the looks the soundqubed subs want 2K per sub where the XFL is rated at 1K per. I would be starving the soundqubed subs.

You would have a good amount of headroom. I also saw a Visonik v4000xd, but the asking price is 375... I bought mine for 250 shipped

Per the specs the two subs arent a 1 for 1 and on paper the XFL will be louder.

didnt know that the paper says how a sub will sound in a box or a vehicle..i did not know you were comparing on the papers...just giving recommendations for you...GLWYP

Anybody know which would hit as hard or harder than the XFL1222 pushed by a Q1-2200D?

Reviewing the SoundQubed subs they are a little less but the magnet weighs less but can handle more power. I would believe that the XFL would still be a louder sub. Just looking for additional input before picking the same subs back up.
