New Subs in F150

I am putting two 10's under the backseat of my 2005 extended cab f150 fx4. Anyone else done this? Kinda new to car audio, and need some help. I think I want two Memphis M class 10 inch subs, are these the best for the money? From reading other posts, it looks like I would want to maybe go with an audioque AQ1200D amp for powering the subs? I don't want to spend more than 600 dollars, and it looks like a box from a local place is about $100. so maybe an amp in the 200-350 price range?

I got a friend who's putting 2 JLw1's under the seat in his '97 f150 ext. cab with an alpine mrp-m500 amp. He's making the box himself and is raising the seat. His original idea was Memphis shallow mounts, though.
