New subs for my car

Ok so I used the search tool, did some readin, still not convinced on what i should get tho. I recently owned a pair of 15 L7's (2006 model) but got bass happy and blew them to shit, so now im looking for some new sub(s). I want something thats gonna hit as hard at my recent 15's but I dont want to go with Kicker this time. I was thinkin a fully loaded Fi BTL or some SI Mags (12's or 15's, still thinking). Now i know this has come up a lot but which one has more bass, 1 18 Btl or 1 SI 15? ..maybe 2 mags. Im also wondering if there is any other subs i should be looking out for? so please fill me in on ur thoughts as to what i should get.....and ill be running the subs off an orion 2500D

The BTL will rattle the hell out of your nuts

the SI will sound better but still get plenty loud for most DD.

HD3's are 90% of the 9500's for 65% of the cost...at least thats what people are saying...

you really need to give a budget otherwise everyone will start recommending crazy shit...

not quite the same... different suspension and cooling system is not as efficient as 9500's....

similar... but not close 90%...

and no 13w7s bc they are definitely not worth the money...it is better to make an equal or better system for less...the subs are retail for what? 800? i don't think so.

I'd rather buy 9500's which are around the same price than a frikkin JL.

played with 9500's and a buddy of mine has HD3.

have tinkered with both yes.

both are nice.

both get loud.

I like 9500's better.

but HD3's keep up well.

like I said...

cooling is different along with suspension...that's it from what I understand.

a good alternative that will save money is if you just run some 3500's they will take the 2500d np and be all that you need.

2500's from dd... are around 200 apiece w/o shipping...will take 1000w apiece...

treo's tsx's or ssi's depending on how much you can get them for....i have a friend givin his 10" tsx 1100w daily...

tc sounds...don't know their prices off the top of my head..but i am sure they have something you could use.....
