Well everything looks pretty good. The flushmount didn't go over to well, had to be cut with a jig saw b/c my circle jig was to small.

Home Depot's rip was off, and that screwed some stuff up, but thats the back of the box, and everything sealed up ok so, I'm not worried.

I'm also working on an amp rack too.

Heres the only edge that is off...

Everything is going to be painted black.

Well... It's practically done.. last coat of paint is drying right now, all the wire is cut and the terminals are all soldered on.

The amp rack pretty much looks like crap, but.. w/e it took me 5min to cut and build it.

The box looks decent, I mean you can't expect much from a 1$ can of paint, haha.

I really hope the port works out.. I mean I can flip the box around and port into the trunk if thats the issue, but also.. My sub it like less than an inch away from the ports...

Pics will be up later today..

Well, here are two pics of the box.. The back isn't fully painted because I had very little paint, and you don't even see it anyway..

Does very well on lows, on the "high" lows my sub tops out a lot and I'm trying to get the low pass set just right.a

However it is not very pretty on the inside.. I wedged the box into the trunk with three 2x4's because I didn't want to drill into the car for various reasons.. I don't have pics of tht right now though..

It's pretty loud.. Well louder than my previous box.

No loading problems with the sub/port placement? I think I remember you replying to my thread about building a similar box to yours, you seem to like it so maybe this is the direction I can go.

Any vids?

Single 12?
Whats the volume/tuning ?
565.2 cubic in. port

Single 12" yes.

wasn't the box long enough to permit the aeros inside of the box instead of on the outside?
No it wasn't, they are actually as far into the box as they can be (4" away from the side wall).

Well tuning at 32hz was a tiny bit to long, so I had to cut them down an inch.. So now it is tuned to 33hz lol. So yes it was an issue, but I also have a small car..

Its louder in my application for sure, as for vids?? Have no place to make them...

What do you mean by the low highs "topping out"?

Well ,on the higher end of the low notes, it makes a kind of buzzing sound trying to play the note.

And that only happens when it is turned up really loud.. The noise would stop by turning the volume down a little bit.
