new stereo for car

Hi, I am thinking about redoing my stereo in my mustang. I currently have the mach 460 in it so I am going to have a friend wire everything up for me. I am thinking about getting the pioneer premier 880 cd player, rainbow slc 265 components, and a kicker zx350.2 amp for the components. Is this a good set up? Is there a amp that would work better for the components? Also, what website sell the slc265 components? This will be my first time with components so i am not to sure on what amp will work with them.

that amp should work just run it at 4 ohmsx2 but watch the gains on it

how would a clarion apa4162 do with these speakers? theres the specs on it
