new speakers question

i am going to be installing these speakers (Ctx65cs - Image Dynamics 6.5" Component Speaker System) into some door pods in my 350Z. My headunit is a pioneer F90BT. I have an older amp that i can use if needed

( Alpine V-12 MRV-F300 4 channel Car Amplifier) will i need to use an amp for these speakers or will the HU be enough. There will be no rear speakers or sub in this system for now. If i need an amp will this amp work?

while the ctx65cs will work off of deck power they do like a lil more power given to them. i'd recommend bridging the alpine amp to the component set.

If you aren't going to amp the components, there's no point in installing them.

Why not amp them in the first place. If you have an amp you might as well.
