New RE SX coming, box and amp?

Been looking around for a box and an amp to use for this new 12" RE SX I've got coming in the mail...does anyone have any suggestions? Budget for the amp is under 400 bucks, preferably closer to 300.

Box, i was thinking something like 2.5 cubes tunes to 33?

I was looking at these for the amps, sub is D4** so it can be wired to 1 ohm correct?

I know hifonics has been known to over rate a little bit, but i figured i should get enough to power the sub pretty nicely.

box specs look pretty good

dual 4 = 2 ohm not 1

u need a 1200 watt rms 2 ohm stable amp

look for a d300hc, d1400.2 mmats amp

i jsut looked into the mmats amps, and all over i couldnt really find them for less than 450 bucks, unless im looking at the wrong spot.

ne one else wanna recommend a 2 ohm stable amp for him

maybe a rockford bd1000 or bd15000 or new t1000 series

lol yeah im going for pretty loud, but not complete *** at quality you know lol... i listen to mostly rap but occasionally i like music like the strokes and the white stripes, sublime, slightly stoopid, weezer, etc

the hifonics might work those subs like 1000-1300 watts rms

the hifonics prob puts out 1000 rms at 2ohms

and that way if u wanted u could add a nother speaker down the road

good amp i actually got one pending sale it will prob do ur needs

might wanna look into the rockfords or maybe a kicker 1200.1 or 1500.1

search in the classifieds when u got money to but that is ur best bet to a great amp at a good price just try and fing someone with some feedback/refs

alright, thanks for the advice.... I mean, considering my last setup was a CVR off of like 300 watts and thought it was pretty loud, in sure an SX with 1000 wrms will make me crap myself lol...

I really am looking for this setup mainly for the summer, becuase im going to college after and cant bring my car, but i will also be working all summer and winter so if i wanna up grade i can next year.
