New Pioneer Head unit, problems after connecting.

I bought an 02 grand am today, it had an after stock radio in it. Some generic *** brand, and it didnt work. I figured the radio was old, time for an new one. But after hooking up all the wires and getting the head unit in, I turned on the car and the head unit is getting NO POWER.

All the cords are connected correctly. But it is getting no power at all. The fuse in the fuse box is fine, along with the fuse on the brand new headunit.

Advice?

Check for power on the wire behind the HU with a dmm or test light. Also check ground and ignition wire.
