Katrinians are some of the laziest people I have ever seen. I live in east Texas and saw some of them and kind of refused to help themselves. Expected everything to be handed to them.

Not all people affected by the storm are lazy, but then again, being from New Orleans I can't blame you for feeling that way cause I see those people all the time. Anyway, to say 3yrs have passed, I guess you can say were doing ok. I feel like our current progress to date should be way better than it is. Still alot of abandoned houses and businesses. A shitload of homeless people in the city. Idk, throw some specific ques.....

Are a lot of the areas abandon with very cars on the road and such? Or is there still a steady flow of traffic in areas?

God is just getting warmed up. We can't kill the planet, but I bet it will kill us.

I know that here in Ohio black children everywhere have been brain washed to walk 4 wide in the road even with cars coming and then complain when they are hit. The parents say that we should watch out for them more (the truth is I saw them the whole time).

uh... weird. reported

There are still houses everywhere marked with how many were found dead, or if there were survivors, etc.

It is getting better, but in alot of the harder hit areas, its still full of abandoned houses. The french quarter could never be better though, it's bustling with people everyday.

And yes I can agree with the people from New Orleans, that knew what the hell was going to happen to them, but stayed anyways, and are now trying to live off of other people instead of getting their shit together. There are way too many people who sit on their ***, and expect handouts.
