Is Monster Cable-branded stuff really as good as its pricing suggest? I didn't invest near that kinda $$$ to the wiring in my car (though I did spend quite a few bucks) and I don't have a speck of interference or noise problems.

I'm a pretty big fan of their stuff. I've heard cable make a huge difference in how an audio system performs....... but this is a debate that I don't wanna have. Too many opinions on this forum bout' wire. There are lots of good cable companies out there.
