I want to get speakers for my chevy malibu, i dont want anything expensive, but i want them to sound good. any suggestions??

What is your budget? What size do you need? Are you powering them on the HU, or on a amp?

probably max 500 for speakers, 6x9 in back 4x6 in front, and head unit for now. i have an alpine. i am thinking about only getting the back speakers to start out with, then work up with the front then sometime maybe a sub or two. everything is stock right now besides the hu.
