New Interior Speakers

im looking into getting some new speakers for my car. im not looking to spend a lot of money, just wondering what would give me the best bang for the buck. ive been looking at the Kicker KS5.2 5-1/4 2-Way Component Speakers for the fronts and the Kicker KS693 6x9 3-WAY's for the back. the amp i was going to use is the Hifonics Zeus ZX4400. has anyone heard anything about those speakers? what other solid speakers are in the same price range? is the amp too powerful for those speakers?
