new idea "ghetto damping" that works

money is tight but my trunk rattles like hell. so i tried a idea that popped in my head. what if you took a bike tube and stuffed it between the metal where you have alot of rattle going on. then pump up the tube and bam no rattle. i tried it on my trunk lid and it worked pretty good. let me know what you think, or if someone you know has done this before.
