New Headunit wont turn on

I just installed a pioneer 780 which I bought from a member on here but it wont turn on. There are no beeps or anything. I plugged my old unit in and it works fine. Anyone have any idea what could be the problem?

Well I figured out the problem. The wiring harness had 2 yellow constant power wires. I tested it with a DMM and it turns out one one of them does nothing (The I had happened to be using). Anyway, I connected it to the other one and it works now.
