new headunit.. what to get

i am completely sick of my pioneer head unit i have many problems with it and im not sure ill ever go with a pioneeer deck again they just have to many issues including the bad rca grounds. im not sure what to get yet im gonna be buying a 9 band eq soon as well, i was looking at the kenwood excelon kdcx693 just because i kinda like the look. anyone have it or wanna suggest another headunit.preferably around 200 bucks
