I wish he never came back to be honest. Jay is a legend but I dont think hes doing anything for his catalog at this point. His style is very very weak IMO, there have been a few legitimate songs on his releases since the black album, but probably only about 5 or 6 in my eyes.
Whether you can feel some of his new shit or not, most would probably agree hes been declining pretty bad lately.
