I'd drive it. And you know how bloody picky I am when it comes to muscle cars.

Price it well (competitively) with plenty of power and it might become even more appealing to me.

I normally hate Fords as a general rule - the only one I have ever owned was given to me (literally) and that's the only reason I drove it at all (I'll drive a Yugo if someone were to just up and GIVE me one in good condition)

Having said that I like the new Mustang, personally. Much prettier car to me than the model it replaced.

Being a bit of a Mopar fan I think the new Charger is simply a crime. Yes, it's a nice car. It probably drives fairly well too.The SRT-8 package with the Hemi, I would imagine, goes pretty well as I understand it. But a Charger with 4 doors? That is simply WRONG. Even moreso than the Charger that was sold in the 80s which was nothing more than a rebadged Mitsubishi something-or-other with a 2.2L 4cyl. Blah.

Now - this Challenger, if the production model (assuming that there ever will be one) looks like the prototype photos would make for one heckuva retro-modern musclecar. It's close enough to the classic to be instantly recognizeable and modern enough to not feel like the technology is 30+ years out of date.

I like it.

I'd like to see Foose get to play with that exact model.

Door handles and side signals gone + something done to the lower portion of the rear end I bet. Likely a different grille as well.
