New cell phone?

Well I live in Tampa, so its a decent sized city with alot of cell towers. Anywhere has good reception except my parents house in New Port Richey, where its a total deadzone and there is horrible reception with ANY carrier.
Im really looking to spend $150 or under... The cheaper the better. The Iphone 3GS 16gb is $200, and the regular Iphone 3G 8gb is $100. Would the extra 8GB and S be worth $100?

Whats the difference between 3G and 3GS?

i live in los angeles and atnt sucks. all i get is drop calls and searching for network messages. i had verizon before and never had that problme stick with verizon

3g is just a faster version of the OG iphone

3gs is an updated version of the 3g which has a video camera and faster processor. i got the 3g right when it came out last year and to be honest its the longest ive ever kept the same phone. ive dropped it countless times and cracked the screen on it and it still works like no other. my boy at work has tmobile and has had 3 or 4 of their top smart phones and my iphone has always been faster //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
