new box specs for 2 12" Type Rs

I got 2 12" (SWR-1242d) Type-Rs. Currently they are in a slot ported box that I got for free off Craigslist. I think that the box may be too small though. The subs dont hit the higher notes manly the lower ones only and they sound like there bottoming out even if I dont have the volume up that much.

I really want to get a custom box made, but I need to know the specs for it. I want it to hit the lower notes but still hit the higher ones too and be loud as ****!!!.

i will be nice. here is the plan i use for the standard 2 12'' R's install. its 4 cubes @ 34 hz and sounds baddass off of about 2k. it can take up to about 3k.

great sq and still pounds

the 45 degree in the corner is 3 inches.

lol...my box is definitely too small.

I wish I had that much room to put a box that size but I dont.
