the longer the port, the lower its tuned. i suggest contacting 80 inches, or anyone else that makes plans. throw em like 10 bucks, and itll def be worth it

yea people are busting my balls for real i cant help im not a car audio god the thing is the box is built for 2 15 inch BTLs but it is WAY to small my only option is to make it longer i can add 10 inchs to the depth on the sides and it should bring me to the 9 cf range but i gotta re cut the holes and re port it which i do not know how to do im new at this people give me a break please

i wanted to run two 15 inch Fi BTLs with two rockford 20001tb or 1 40001tb with a battery in the trunk all i asked was for a little help and i get made fun of.....so i guess ima take the box back apart get some mdf board and make it around 26 inchs on each side that will make the box h 20 x w 33x d 26 which would equal around 9 cf im guessing

with 3/4" mdf..that would be like 8.25 before subs and port. properly designed, maybe 2 BTL's will work for you but it'll be very, very tight

but the only thing is i seen two BTL 15s in a s-10 with a 8 cf box and and ported at 35 i think and it made the roof flex that means its gonna kill my cavalier lol

very tight at 4 cf a subwoofer?? thats wut FI recommends 3-5 cf a sub but hell atleast u helping me lol thanks newayz
well if you do a slot port, properly designed for 2 15" BTL's ....the port in itself will consumer like 2 cubic feet, and you don't calculate area consumed by port in your net box volume. Also, 2 btl's would also have the motor structure itself consume another 1/2 cubic ft. So that is what makes me say it'll be very tight

holy crap that is horrible...

a single 4 inch port for 2 15's and only 4 cubes? so many things wrong with this picture...

seal it off for two 12's...or add another port and do what others said about making the opening for 12's...

sorry dude, but who ever built that box really needs to get a reality check...

hmmm......i may be able to get 22 x 34 x 26 at the most i dont know what diffrence that would make
that can make a huge difference....thats like an whole extra cubic foot. But what i didn't add is that you would definately need some internal bracing for 2 BTL's and that would take even more volume away. Maybe consider 2 12" BTL's? or 1 15"?

and i'm not trying to break your balls mang...just keepin it real for you bro. I hate to see someone spend money on something and basically waste their time and money on equipment only to have it not live up to their expectations
