That birch looks like shit. The stain job looks decent minus the glue areas that didn't get sanded away and the blotch on the back (that could be the wood though).
Is that 5 ply birch (do they even make 5 ply)? The layers look really thick.

I like the color a lot though. Is it walnut?

what glue areas? thats silicon on the inside seams and no glue on the outside at all, I wodd filled all the outside seams.

how is it holding together i dont see any screws is it all glue? looks pretty sweet imo

no screws lots of clamps and glue. Im gonna invest in a biscuit cutter soon I think for future boxes.

thanks, my first attempt. I was originally gonna carpet it but I was like screw it lets see how I can get it to look stained, if I dont like it I will carpet it LOL.

yeah thats the wood, that strip was a lighter grain. it was HD wood, got a hookup bought 2 sheets for $20 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif got it precut and he marked it as scrap.

nah going in the corsica I traded the 18" MT for a pair of 12" SX, gonna do matching amp racks and see if i can find a 1/8" or 1/4" birch to to the false floor and trunk lid.

Ah, ok. It looks just like excess glue. The HD birch doesn't looks as pretty as the Lowes birch. Good price though!

its 33hz, its a deep box, and I didnt go crazy on port area since I couldnt make the box any bigger and wanted to keep 4 cubes.

Looks very nice, what color stain did you use? I'm in the process of finishing up a blue stained box that everyone will hate. LOL
