thats wut it looks likeis it just me or is the car not grounded? almost looks like you grounded the car on the + side, but surely not
the black wire on the far right of the + looks like a ground from the fusebox, i hope not //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif, either way, i have never seen a car with the stock wiring not directly grounded to the batteryhaha meant big 3!!!![]()
It is a Honda civic. I have one and the factory ground was only like 6" long between the battery and the top of the shock tower. I just ditched it and replaced it completely. The black wire between the + terminal and the fuse box is the wire that feeds power to all of the car's accessories. The other black wire goes to the starter.the black wire on the far right of the + looks like a ground from the fusebox, i hope not //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif, either way, i have never seen a car with the stock wiring not directly grounded to the battery

Hey Civic96Lx, if I were you, I would run another heavy ground directly from the the negative terminal on the battery to the alternator mounting bracket. that ensures a good ground for the charging circuit.
