Ah man, I never got to see the van //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
the van isnt gettin tore apart its being sold to a shop for a demo vehicle. it just wont be in the lanes anymore. can always be seen or heard at Sound Check in lafayette indiana.

as for the mids and highs i already know what i want to do gmonk. i did my buddies doors with a 10,8,6.5 and a super tweeter and it sounds amazing. i planned on bridging 2 pair on each amp so 4 ohms bridged which is 500w at 4 ohm which is plenty for 2 speakers.
Cooper's doors are very loud and clear

i picked it up in Rossville GA. this build wont start for a little while but i figured id give a heads up of what i picked up and what im lookin to do so ill post an official build thread when the time comes.

I wanna get the doors done on my Explorer as well and its the exact same kind as that blue one.

Setup in that door looks loud, what did he have pushing them?

And congrats on the new truck, should be as rediculous as the van //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

he has 2 MB Quart 125x4's running both front doors. i didnt charge him anything for me to do his doors i just wanted to see if i could do them and i enjoy fiberglassing. truthfully i probably put more time into making the wooden rings than i did fiberglassing haha. it was a VERY tight fit to be able to fit all that without hitting the seat or the dash. had to do some cutting on his panel but it wasnt too bad.

i'd like to do my explorer doors like that but i'm trying to keep my build as clean/ stock looking as possible minus the bang in the back..

BTW what size rims are on that dudes explorer? i just ordered up some AR 24's, i'm trying to get an idea on what they'll look like...sorry for going off topic...
