big motor means nothing, the magnets could be weak. Im sure an sa-8 has more motor strength than it.

It is not a fair comparison. 600 watt sub vs. 1200+ watt sub. But I'd bet my car that an SA-8 does not have near the motor strength.

agreed, ive ran a couple of the ap amps, there is one on my mids and highs now, ive never had a problem out of any of them,

Nope. Totally different sub.

Yes Sundown is working on a 8" neo but totally different than the X8. X8 is 2.5" coil, Neo is 3"

The frame was also designed with the intent to support our 3" coil "mini Neo" motor design :

Once the X-8 project is totally done I'll get back to work on the mini-neo.

i really wouldnt buy anything from audiopipe, espcially since ive even had a audiopipe sales rep tell me their stuff is crap (face to face)
